Points Information:
The Mid-South Hare Scrambles Series, Inc. is a points paying series. Riders
can earn points based on their finish in their class. In order to earn these
points a rider must pay a one time series points keeping fee. Only points
riders are eligible for Mid-South related points contigency programs, awards,
and prizes. Points signups include a season series T-shirt while they last
(and they go fast, register early to reserve your shirt).
BEST OF ALL, the WINNING points riders are eligible for the prizes given away
at the annual Awards Presentation. The MSHSS banquet giveaways exceed $30,000
in prizes. These prizes have included vacation packages and motorcycles. Class
Winners are eligible for these prizes at teh awards banquet.
Your points fee supports the series, please
signup for points regardless if you expect to win your class. Many riders
are surprised to learn halfway through a season they they would have been
in a trophy position had they signed up (too late then). Persistant particiaption
wins series, not just a few winning finishes.
